StarServ equips authorized technicians of Blue Star’s Customer Service operation to track, respond and service customer requests/complaints. The app enables the technicians to be up to date on their call requests and respond to customers in quick time. An in-built bar code scanner and camera helps the technician to capture the equipment’s serial number and its image.
